Meetings and Events at Parklane Motor Inn are far from business as usual. We specialise in conferences, functions and business meetings, and can also offer you a range of corporate accommodation options to meet your conference, meeting and accommodation needs.
We make it our business to take the stress out of organising your next event. With our team being able to assist you in making the day a success. Our 2 purpose-designed conference rooms are light, and spacious.
Catering is supplied inhouse, which means our variety of catering options can be tailored to your conference and meeting requirements. A seperate area adjoins the conference rooms, allowing easy delivery of catering and timely service.
We also can provide a range of equipment that you may need for your conference.
3 conference rooms are available, the Oxford Room seating up to 8 people boardroom style, the Chelsea Room seating up to 20 people theatre-style, and the Mayfair Room seating up to 50 people theatre-style.
Any necessary equipment requirements can be met, and full secretarial services are available, including photocopying, fax services and emailing. We also have Wireless Broadband internet access available to each room.
